Долгожданное лето в городе, значит наступило время платьев, босоножек ( а можно и без них), мороженного и прогулок теплыми вечерами.  Лето всегда такое долгожданное, солнечное, ароматно-фруктовое, наверное, немного короткое, но от этого ещё более любимое и ценное!
The long awaited summer is finally in the city, time for dresses, sandals ( can be without them too), ice cream and long walks by the sea during warm evenings. Summer is always so awaited, sunny, with colorful and yummy fruits, shorter than we would like it to be, but so lovely and precious.

Riga Fashion Week has ended, but I think that many of us still have the positive emotions, because it was really amazing - the collections, the people, the atmosphere. So, speaking about my favorites, I really want to have in my wardrope all of Sockbox /Amoralle collection, I want to wear Katya Katya Shehurina dresses, and I also loved SuitSupply show and collection of men's clothing.

Riga Fashion Mood festival started 4th October. Fashion festival was held for the 5th time and  it's becoming more and more popular, among fashionistas and people, who have calm attitude for fashion. First festival day theme - "Youth power"  and 8 Latvian designer presented  new collections.

From October 4 till 6 fifth time will take a place fashion festival Riga Fashion Mood, where Latvian fashion designers  will showcase their latest collections.  Fashion festival will take a place next to Shopping Center "Spice".

Saturday evening I watched film LOUIS VUITTON & MARC JACOBS at Festival Baltic Pearl. Contemporary history of fashion house Louis Vuitton in its creative director’s Marc Jacobs interpretation. This film shows behind  the scenes of contemporary fashion industry, where camera goes to capture not only closed fashion shows or boutiques openings, but the core of the cult brand studio itself.

I wanna share with you  my must have pieces in closet for spring/summer season in south countries ( like Latvia, Russia, Scandinavian). I'm a big fan of classic style and I like to invest money in a base items, which i can wear in different outfits, few seasons adding a new accessories or shirt/ top.  If you run after the latest fashion, you spend a lot of money and every season you have to update your wardrobe.  Having a base items in the closet will help  you with the most popular women question - What I can wear?
