Last Saturday I enjoyed with my friend Kristina! Was a very nice sunny autumn day and we went out of the city to have a photo shoot with horses! I've been dreaming about this kind of photos for a long time! To make my look as much as I can closer to real equestrian look, I've been searching the Internet for ideas and inspiration!

There is something so wonderfully basic about a good riding-inspired ensemble. Classic, preppy and perfectly polished with lots of leather, slim pants, and chic structured blazers: the equestrian look is a uniform as well as a fashion statement.

How to get the look?

Equestrian style is comfortable, easy to wear and perfect for a fall. The equestrian look is a definitely one that will never go out of style. Designers always take inspiration from this trend. The fact is some of the basic equestrian items may already be hanging in your closet. All you need to do is add a few key accessories and you will be ready for a stylish season.
I wanna share some  tips and help  you to  pull together some very wearable, elegant equestrian looks.

#1 Ridding boots
Good leather riding boots  are imperative for pulling the equestrian look together — without them, you might as well forget challenging the equestrian style altogether.Riding boots are a standard shoe this season, and whether you wear your real riding boots or your “fashion” riding boots is up to you. Real riding boots have zip on the back with heel 1.5 - 2 cm.

#2 Ridding leggings - pants from thick material with zip and pockets ( or imitation), high waist and with the belt loops! Belt and zip make leggings look as pants, so you can wear it with blouse, shirt, polo, blazer. Look for them in a classic tan or olive color, or go black for an ultra-slimming and streamlined silhouette.
#3: Blazer
A blazer, like good boots, is one of the most important part of the equestrian style. While navy (with gold buttons!) is the classic color for this look. Feel free to experiment with different styles, like gray tweed with elbow patches, velvet, or even a more relaxed blazer in a striped pattern.

#4 Shirt
After getting the jeans and boot situation handled, the question is what do you wear on top? No riding-inspired ensemble is complete without a crisp, collared shirt.  Equestrian style  combines sport, elegant and romantic  motives.  You can put  top in one of this styles or mix it! Popular brand in equestrian style - Ralph Lauren. Can be a lot of different combinations from  casual to dressy - pullover ( with scarf), polo shirt,  color blouse. For a more relaxed spin on the equestrian trend, try out stripes, plaids and fun colors.

#5 Extras
Complete your equestrian look with some  accessories. Leather is clearly a part of the equestrian trend. For a classic look add leather gloves and belt, slip it on over a blouse or sweater

Hope you’re feeling inspired to try out the equestrian trend! Let me know what you think of this style guide.
